QVINTIP - Validated for primary HPV screening

Qvintip® is an at-home, easy-to-use, self-test solution for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) enabling early detection of risk for cervical cancer with the same accuracy as sampling performed at a clinic. The device allows women to collect a vaginal fluid sample for lab analysis in the comfort of their own home.

Qvintip has unsurpassed 17 years of clinical validation and feasibility trials in 12 countries across the globe. It has been validated against clinically collected cervical samples in multiple studies and it is now used in clinical practice of primary HPV screening. From independent research it has been shown that women prefer Qvintip over other self-sampling devices.

Qvintip is the among the first two self-sampling devices that is under evaluation for fully clinically validated devices on 10+ diagnostic HPV analysis platforms according to the VALHUDES protocol. A number of publications have already been published from this evaluation study and more are under way.

Our vision is to contribute to a cervical cancer free world by making easy-to-use and reliable self-sampling available to every woman.

HPV and Self-Sampling

HPV is the primary cause of cervical cancer. Fortunately, cervical cancer is preventable with frequent HPV testing and early treatment. Self-sampling at home offer women HPV testing on their own terms. Convenience, integrity and privacy define the new way of keeping track on one’s own female health.
